Vi presentiamo il nostro sito ottimizzato high-throughput protocollo nucleofection come un modo efficace di trasfezione delle cellule dendritiche umane primarie derivate da monociti sia con DNA plasmidico o siRNA senza provocare la maturazione delle cellule.
