We presenteren onze geoptimaliseerde high-throughput nucleofection protocol als een efficiënte manier transfecteren primaire menselijke monocyt-afgeleide dendritische cellen met een plasmide DNA of siRNA, zonder dat cel rijping. We verder bewijs leveren voor een succesvolle siRNA zwijgen van gerichte gen RIG-I zowel op mRNA-en eiwitniveau.
