Wir präsentieren unsere optimierten High-Throughput-Nukleofektion Protokoll als eine effiziente Art der Transfektion von primären humanen Monozyten-abgeleiteten dendritischen Zellen entweder mit Plasmid-DNA oder siRNA, ohne dass Zellreifung. Wir fördern den Nachweis für die erfolgreiche siRNA-Silencing von gezielten Gen RIG-I sowohl auf mRNA-und Protein-Ebene.
