Dit protocol beschrijft de laser Capture micro dissectie voor de isolatie van kraakbeen en bot uit verse bevroren delen van de muis embryo. Kraakbeen en botten kunnen snel worden gevisualiseerd door Cresylacetaat-Violet kleuring en precies worden verzameld om RNA van hoge kwaliteit te leveren voor transcriptomische analyse.
