Hier beschreiben wir ein Protokoll für Chromatin Immunopräzipitation der geänderten Histone aus der angehende Hefe Saccharomyces Cerevisiae. Immunoprecipitated DNA wird anschließend für die quantitative PCR verwendet, um die Fülle und die Lokalisierung von Histon post-translationalen Modifikationen während des Genoms zu befragen.
