Es wird ein Protokoll für die bequeme Isolierung und Anreicherung von Drüsen-, Kopfstiel- und sitzenden Trichomen aus Cannabis sativa vorgestellt. Das Protokoll basiert auf einer trockenen, nicht pufferartigen Extraktion von Trichomen, bei der nur flüssiger Stickstoff, Trockeneis und Nylonsiebe verwendet werden, und eignet sich für die RNA-Extraktion und transkriptomische Analyse.
