כאן, אנו מציעים פרוטוקול שיטתי, נגיש, לשחזור כדי לזהות מינים חמצן תגובתי תאית (ROS) באמצעות 2′,7′-dichlorofluorescein diacetate בדיקה (DCFH-DA) בתאי גליה מולר (MGCs). שיטה זו מכמתת את סך רמות ה- ROS התאיות עם ציטומטר זרימה. פרוטוקול זה קל מאוד לשימוש, מתאים וניתן לשחזור.
