Dit artikel beschrijft een methode voor het monteren van fragiele zebravis embryo's voor uitgebreide time-lapse confocale microscopie. Deze voordelige methode is eenvoudig uit te voeren met behulp van regelmatige glazen bodem microscopie gerechten voorbeeld vorming op elke omgekeerde Microscoop. De montage wordt uitgevoerd in lagen van agarose bij verschillende concentraties.
