Dit protocol beschrijft een methode te ontleden, experimenteel manipuleren en cultuur hele netvlies explantaten uit kippenembryo's. De explantkweken zijn bruikbaar wanneer hoge succespercentage, werkzaamheid en reproduceerbaarheid nodig om de effecten van elektroporatie van plasmiden en / of reagens stoffen, dat wil zeggen enzymatische inhibitoren testen.
