Hier presenteren we een geïntegreerde protocol die maatregelen monocyt subpopulatie mensenhandel onder stroom in vitro door gebruik van specifieke oppervlakte markers en confocal fluorescentie microscopie. Dit protocol kan worden gebruikt om te verkennen sequentiële werving stappen ook over andere subtypen van de leukocyten met behulp van andere specifieke oppervlakte markers profile.
