Hier beschrijven we een methode voor retrovirale overexpressie en adoptieoverdracht van murine B-1a cellen om in vivo B-1a celmigratie en lokalisatie te onderzoeken. Dit protocol kan worden uitgebreid voor diverse downstream functionele tests, waaronder kwantificering van donor B-1a cellokalisatie of analyse van donorcel-afgeleide gedesinteveneerde factoren na adoptieve overdracht.
