Här presenterar vi de protokoll för att identifiera 1) virus-kodade immunmodulerande medel som främjar arbovirus replikering och 2) eukaryota värd faktorer som begränsar arbovirus replikering. Dessa fluorescens - och luminiscens-baserade metoder tillåter forskare att snabbt få kvantitativa avläsning av arbovirus replikering i förenklade analyser med lågt signal-till-brus-förhållande.
