Er is een toenemende belangstelling voor het begrijpen van de immunologische functies van specifieke subpopulaties van cellen in platen van Peyer (PP), de primaire inductieve plaatsen van darm-geassocieerd lymfeweefsel. Hier schetsen we parallel protocollen voor de voorbereiding van PP enkele cel voorbereidingen voor flowcytometrische analyse en PP cryocoupes voor immunokleuring.
