Wir präsentieren Protokolle zur Erstellung akuter und chronischer experimenteller Modelle der Tic-Expression bei sich frei verhaltenden Ratten. Die Modelle basieren auf der Implantation von Striatalkanülen und der anschließenden GABA A-Antagonistenanwendung. Das akute Modell verwendet transiente Injektionen, während das chronische Modell verlängerte Infusionen über eine subkutan implantierte Mini-Osmotikpumpe verwendet.
