نقدم طريقة لعزل وزراعة الخلايا الظهارية المشتقة من الغدة اللعابية البشرية الأولية. هذه الخلايا تظهر أنماط التعبير الجيني متسقة مع كونها من أصل ظهاري اللعابي ويمكن زراعتها كما ساليسفيرس على مصفوفات غشاء الطابق السفلي المستمدة من الخلايا السرطانية Engelbreth-Holm-Swarm أو كطبقات أحادية على أطباق الثقافة المعالجة.
