Hier presenteren we de protocollen voor het gebruik van het insect cel en baculovirus eiwit expressie systeem voor de productie van grote hoeveelheden uitgescheiden eiwithoudende gewassen voor eiwit kristallisatie. Een vector baculovirus expressie is gewijzigd met GP67 of insect hemolin signaal peptide voor plant secretie eiwituitdrukking in insect cellen.
