Konventionelle tab af funktion undersøgelser af gener ved hjælp af knockout dyr har ofte været dyrt og tidskrævende. Elektroporation-baseret CRISPR-medieret somatiske mutagenese er et kraftfuldt værktøj til at forstå genet fungerer in vivo. Her rapporterer vi en metode til at analysere knockout fænotyper i prolifererende celler af lillehjernen.
