Introducimos un nuevo sistema de cámara hipóxico para su uso con organismos acuáticos como los embriones de sapo y pez cebra. Nuestro sistema es simple, robusto, rentable y permite la inducción y mantenimiento de la hipoxia in vivo y hasta 48 horas. Presentamos 2 métodos reproducibles para monitorear la efectividad de la hipoxia.
