Vi introducerer et nyt hypoxisk kammersystem til brug sammen med vandorganismer som frog og zebrafish embryoner. Vores system er enkelt, robust, omkostningseffektivt og muliggør induktion og vedligeholdelse af hypoxi in vivo og i op til 48 timer. Vi præsenterer 2 reproducerbare metoder til overvågning af effektiviteten af hypoxi.
