En este artículo se describe la aplicación de la metabolómica no focalizados, transcriptómica y análisis estadístico multivariado para transcripciones de bayas de uva y metabolitos con el fin de profundizar en el concepto de terroir, es decir, el impacto del medio ambiente sobre los rasgos de calidad de las bayas.
