Experimentele sepsis kan worden geïnduceerd in muizen met de blindedarm ligatie en punctie (CLP) methode. Voor deze protocollen autofagie in vivo beoordelen in het kader van CLP-geïnduceerde sepsis worden hier gepresenteerd: Een protocol voor het gebruik autofagie (GFP)-LC3 muizen, en een protocol voor autophagosome vorming van elektronenmicroscopie.
