En metod för isolering av vidhäftande inflammatoriska leukocyter från fartyg hjärnan blod av<em> Plasmodium berghei</em> ANKA-infekterade möss beskrivs. Metoden medger kvantifiering samt fenotypisk karakterisering av isolerade leukocyter efter färgning med fluorescerande antikroppar och efterföljande analys med flödescytometri.
