Generering og karakterisering af tumorspecifikke T-celler under anvendelse af humaniserede mus er beskrevet her. Humant thymisk væv og genetisk modificerede humane hæmatopoietiske stamceller transplanteres ind immunkompromitterede mus. Dette resulterer i rekonstituering af et manipuleret humant immunsystem muliggør in vivo undersøgelse af anti-tumor immunrespons.
