Einen umfassenden Überblick über die Techniken bei der Erzeugung von einem Maus-Modell von Mundkrebs und quantitative Überwachung der Tumorinvasion in die Zunge durch Multi-Photonen-Mikroskopie markierter Zellen beteiligt wird vorgestellt.
