Este protocolo descreve o modelo de transposição do neuroma tibial, que envolve uma lesão do nervo tibial com subsequente transposição da extremidade proximal do nervo para uma posição subcutânea pré-tibial ou lateral. O teste comportamental da dor do neuroma e da hiperalgesia plantar é quantificado usando monofilamentos de Von Frey.
