Vi beskriver en model af heterotopisk abdominal hjertetransplantation hos rotter, hvilket indebærer ændringer af de nuværende strategier, hvilket fører til en forenklet kirurgisk tilgang. Derudover beskriver vi en ny afvisningsmodel ved in-ear injektion af vitale hjertemuskelceller, hvilket giver mulighed for yderligere transplantation immunologiske analyser hos rotter.
