Le profilage protéomique des protéines tyrosine-nitrated a été une technique provocante due à la basse abondance de la modification de 3-nitrotyrosine. Ici nous décrivons une approche nouvelle pour l'enrichissement et le profilage de nitropeptide en utilisant Angiotensin II comme modèle. Cette méthode peut être étendue à d'autres systèmes in vitro ou in vivo.
