Las células de la zona marginal B (MZBs) responden a la fuerza de esquileo del flujo por reorientar su ruta de migración el flujo. Este protocolo muestra cómo grabar y analizar la migración utilizando una unidad de fluidos, bomba, sistema de proyección de imagen del microscopio y software libre.
