Se describe un protocolo para exponer quirúrgicamente y estabilizar la glándula salival submaxilar murina intravital imagen usando microscopia intravital vertical. Este protocolo es fácilmente adaptable a otras glándulas exocrinas de la cabeza y región del cuello de los ratones y otros roedores pequeños.
