Wir beschreiben eine Methode zur Synthese von biokompatibler 10 nm gold-Nanopartikeln, durch Beschichtung Poly-Ethylen Glykol auf die Oberfläche funktionalisiert. Diese Partikel können gebrauchte in Vitro und in Vivo für die Bereitstellung von Therapeutika zu nanoskaligen zellulären und extrazellulären Räumen, die schwer zugänglichen mit konventionellen Nanopartikel Größen sind.
