Nous décrivons une méthode pour la production d’anticorps humains spécifiques pour un antigène d’intérêt, à partir de rares cellules B circulant dans le sang humain. Génération de ces anticorps naturels est efficace et rapide, et les anticorps obtenus peuvent distinguer les antigènes fortement connexes.
