Beschreven wij een procedure voor het uiteenvallen van colorectale kanker (CRC) levensvatbare enkele cellen, die vervolgens worden opgevangen op maat antilichaam microarrays herkennen van oppervlakte-antigenen (DotScan CRC microarray) te produceren. Subpopulaties van cellen gebonden aan de microarray kan worden geprofileerd door fluorescentie multiplexen behulp van monoklonale antilichamen gelabeld met een fluorescerende kleurstoffen.
