La recherche ouverte permet d’identifier des glycopeptides décorés avec des compositions de glycanes jusque-là inconnues. Dans cet article, une approche simplifiée pour entreprendre une recherche ouverte et des recherches ultérieures de glycopeptides axées sur le glycane est présentée pour des échantillons bactériens en utilisant Acinetobacter baumannii comme modèle.
