We beschrijven een strategie om de rijping en migratie van pulmonale dendritische cellen te volgen in reactie op ovalbumine in de setting van ovalbumine geïnduceerde allergische luchtwegontsteking. Deze strategie kan worden aangepast aan de migratie van pulmonale dendritische cellen te beoordelen in de instellingen van de infectie.
