Um protocolo é apresentado para o isolamento e enriquecimento conveniente e de alto rendimento de tricomas glandulares e sésseis de Cannabis sativa. O protocolo é baseado em uma extração seca e não tampão de tricomas usando apenas nitrogênio líquido, gelo seco e peneiras de nylon e é adequado para extração de RNA e análise transcriptômica.
