Detta protokoll beskriver extraktion och visualisering av aggregerade och lösliga proteiner från Escherichia coli efter behandling med en proteotoxisk antimikrobiell. Enligt detta förfarande möjliggör en kvalitativ jämförelse av proteinaggregatbildning in vivo i olika bakteriestammar och/eller mellan behandlingar.
