Dit protocol beschrijft de extractie en visualisatie van geaggregeerde en oplosbare eiwitten uit Escherichia coli na behandeling met een proteotoxisch antimicrobieel middel. Het volgen van deze procedure maakt een kwalitatieve vergelijking mogelijk van de vorming van eiwitaggregaten in vivo in verschillende bacteriestammen en/of tussen behandelingen.
