Dieses Protokoll beschreibt die Extraktion und Visualisierung von aggregierten und löslichen Proteinen aus Escherichia coli nach Behandlung mit einem proteotoxischen antimikrobiellen Mittel. Nach diesem Verfahren kann ein qualitativer Vergleich der Proteinaggregatbildung in vivo in verschiedenen Bakterienstämmen und/oder zwischen Behandlungen ermöglicht werden.
