Denne protokollen beskriver en undersøkelse av de tidlige interaksjonene mellom viralt infiserte neseepitelceller og medfødt celleaktivering. Individuelle undergrupper av immunceller kan skille seg ut basert på deres aktivering som svar på virusinfeksjoner. De kan deretter undersøkes nærmere for å fastslå deres effekter på tidlige antivirale responser.
