Proteomisk profilering af tyrosin-nitrerede proteiner har været en udfordrende teknik på grund af den lave overflod af 3-nitrotyrosin modifikation. Her beskriver vi en ny metode til tilsætning af nitropeptid og profilering ved hjælp af angiotensin II som model. Denne metode kan udvides til andre in vitro -eller in vivo -systemer.
