نقدم هنا منهجية لتحليل الاستنساخ من سلائف الخلايا الجذعية المكونة للدم أثناء التطور الجنيني مورين. أن نجمع بين مؤشر فرز الخلايا المفردة من منطقة الشريان الاورطي-الغدد التناسلية-ميسونيفروس الجنينية مع خلية غشائي ثقافة المشارك وزرع لتوصيف الخصائص المظهرية وإمكانات engraftment السلائف المكونة للدم واحد.
