המטרה של הפרוטוקול היא להכין את hydrolysate קרטין מן נוצות העוף הידרוליזה אלקליין אנזימטיות, כדי לבדוק אם הוספת hydrolysate קראטין לתוך משחה קוסמטיקה הבסיס משפר את תפקוד מחסום העור (מגביה הידרציה ו צמצום איבוד המים transepidermal). הבדיקות נערכות על גברים ואישה מתנדבים.
