Qui presentiamo un metodo per misurare direttamente il RNA di trasferimento carica livelli da purificato Escherichia coli RNA così come un modo per confrontare i livelli relativi di RNA di trasferimento, o qualsiasi altri RNA breve, attraverso diversi campioni basati sull'aggiunta di spike-a cellule che esprimono un gene di riferimento.
