Aquí se describe un nuevo método para generar receptores de células T específicas de antígeno (TCR) por el emparejamiento de la TCRα o TCR de un TCR existente, que posee la especificidad de antígeno de interés, con hemichain complementaria del repertorio de receptores de células T periféricas. Los TCR de novo generados conservan especificidad de antígeno con afinidad variable.
