Hier präsentieren wir ein Protokoll zur Ultraschall Mikrobläschenkontrastmittel in Wohn-, isoliert späten Schwangerschaftsphase murine Embryonen zu injizieren. Dieses Verfahren ermöglicht die Untersuchung der Perfusion Parameter und vaskulärer molekularer Marker innerhalb des Embryos mit kontrastverstärkten hochfrequenten Ultraschall-Bildgebung.
