Detta protokoll specificerar en metod för isolering av antigenpresenterande celler från human tymus via olika stegen i enzymatisk spjälkning av vävnaden följt av densitetscentrifugering av enkelcellsuspension och slutligen magnetiskt och / eller FACS-sortering av cellpopulationer av intresse.
