Este protocolo detalha um método para isolar células apresentadoras de antigénio a partir de timo humano por meio de diferentes passos de digestão enzimática do tecido seguida por centrifugação de densidade da suspensão de células individuais e finalmente separação magnética e / ou FACS das populações de células de interesse.
