Bei Tieren mit großen identifizierten Neuronen (<em> ZB</em> Weichtiere), wird die Analyse des Fuhrparks erfolgt über intrazelluläre Techniken<sup> 1,2,3,4</sup>. Vor kurzem haben wir eine Technik, um extrazellulär stimulieren und aufzeichnen einzelnen Neuronen in<em> Aplysia californica</em<sup> 5</sup>. Wir beschreiben nun ein Protokoll für die Verwendung dieser Technik zur eindeutigen Identifizierung und Charakterisierung Motoneuronen in einem Fuhrpark.
