Hier beschrijven we een protocol voor de bereiding van agar-embedded netvlies plakken die geschikt zijn voor elektrofysiologie en Ca2 + beeldvorming. Deze methode laat toe om te studeren lint-type synapsen in het netvlies microcircuits met behulp van directe patch-clamp opnames van enkele presynaptische zenuwuiteinden.
