Während der Infektion Prozess ist ein wichtiger Schritt der Adhäsion der Erreger mit Wirtszellen. In den meisten Fällen diese Haftung Schritt erfolgt in Gegenwart von mechanischer Beanspruchung durch fließende Flüssigkeit erzeugt. Wir beschreiben eine Technik, die Schubspannung führt als ein wichtiger Parameter bei der Untersuchung der bakteriellen Adhäsion.
